		<description><![CDATA[Wow! Now if this isn&#039;t truly an eye-opener I&#039;m not a male hair stylist working in Andover, MA. 

I think the beauty industry really needs a wake-up call starting at the ground level. All the Boards of Cosmetology/Barber need to get off their behinds and restructure the curriculum&#039;s. They&#039;re too archaic and so out of the realm on how the industry works in the real world. 
It would take me, on the average, two full years to properly train a new graduate from beauty school to successfully and competently succeed and shine behind-the-chair.
Salon owners who exploit new talents for their own ability to &quot;pay bills&quot; didn&#039;t grasp the entire concept of &quot;building and honing&quot; champions who, through proper training and leadership, have a genuine respect and admiration for what they&#039;ve learned and, through this, they pay homage to their leaders by remaining faithful to the very establishment that made it all possible.
It&#039;s called LOYALTY not SLAVERY!

It sounds like you made huge personal investments in all the things that could attract a potential &quot;CHAMPION&quot; and lost their attention in an instant when you didn&#039;t provide a &#039;WIN, WIN&quot; opportunity!]]></description>
